bhadreshpandav on "wp-db.php error - PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected"

Hi

I have transferred website from bdpnetwork.com/housefullmovies
to action.housefulltv.com

after transferring all the data and file i found this error even after replacing with latest file of wordpres 4.5

Error :
PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '!' in G:\PleskVhosts\phool2.com\action.housefulltv.com\wp-includes\wp-db.php on line 1515

Kindly help into this
