Hello,
the download of downloadable products (https://einzigart-katharina.de/shop/digitale-produkte/digitaler-guide-aquarell-herbstblumen/) in one of my clients shop does not work.
After click on the download URL in the account area or emails, this error message shows up: The download log entry could not be inserted into the database.
After activating the debug mode of WordPress, it shows this database error:
WordPress-Datenbank-Fehler: [Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (wordpress_e.wp_wc_download_log, CONSTRAINT fk_tmp35313c_wc_download_log_permission_id FOREIGN KEY (permission_id) REFERENCES OVcm6_woocommerce_downloadable_product_permissions (`perm)]
INSERT INTO wp_wc_download_log ….
If I open the download link, created by me, the download works absolutely fine.

I already updated the WooCommerce database in WooCommerce – Status – Tools – Update database but it did not help.
I would be very thankful if you could help me to fix this issue as soon as possible.
