Hello,

I just saw the error as below when my wordpress blog updated to 4.8.2, I have no idea of the errors. Anything will be lost ? Please help !!

WordPress database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near ‘%1$s )’ at line 3]
SELECT internal_link_count, incoming_link_count, object_id FROM wp2p_yoast_seo_meta WHERE object_id IN ( %1$s )

WordPress 4.8.2 prepare method breaks plugin

I’ve seen two topics on this, my guess is that the new update caused some issue because I am also getting this error:

WordPress database error You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near '%1$s )' at line 3 for query
SELECT internal_link_count, incoming_link_count, object_id
FROM wp_yoast_seo_meta
WHERE object_id IN ( %1$s ) made by WP_List_Table->display, WP_List_Table->display_tablenav, WP_Posts_List_Table->extra_tablenav, do_action('manage_posts_extra_tablenav'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, WPSEO_Link_Columns->count_objects, WPSEO_Link_Columns->set_count_objects, WPSEO_Link_Column_Count->set, WPSEO_Link_Column_Count->get_results

The update said:

$wpdb->prepare() can create unexpected and unsafe queries leading to potential SQL injection (SQLi). WordPress core is not directly vulnerable to this issue, but we’ve added hardening to prevent plugins and themes from accidentally causing a vulnerability.

Hello,

I just saw the error as below when my wordpress blog updated to 4.8.2, I have no idea of the errors. Someone said the error should be caused by Yoast SEO plugin.
Can anyone advice an easy solution for this ? because i don’t know much about code.

At save table, show: “Error You have an error in your SQL syntax”

When i save the post, shows me this message in the errors log:

Error You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near ''img src=\\'' at line 1 de la base de datos de WordPress para la consulta SELECT ID FROM wp_posts WHERE guid = 'img src=\\' realizada por do_action('wp_ajax_tablepress_save_table'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, call_user_func_array, TablePress_Admin_AJAX_Controller->ajax_action_save_table, TablePress_Table_Model->save, TablePress_Post_Model->update, wp_update_post, wp_insert_post, wp_transition_post_status, do_action('transition_post_status'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, call_user_func_array, apt_check_required_transition, apt_publish_post, referer: https://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?action=edit&page=tablepress&table_id=530

In the first column, I have one image per row.

I use a local install to get this working.
When I create a new user and try to login as this new user I get the following database error:

Error in order loop and single order: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function

$

Hello, we have an issue on an order, probably due to a database error, but we think this is because of this plugin.

The client did refund the order in question, and than he set it to Canceled.
We don’t know which of these actions triggered the problem.

What happens is that the order breaks the loop of orders in Orders page. Only if we set it to Trash we avoid the problem.

With debug mode on we get this both on orders page, and in single order page after saving the page:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_number() on boolean in /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-ips-pro/includes/wcpdf-pro-writepanels.php:89 Stack trace: #0 /wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(298): WPO\WC\PDF_Invoices_Pro\Writepanels->credit_note_number_column_data(Object(WC_Order)) #1 /wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(323): WP_Hook->apply_filters('', Array) #2 /wp-includes/plugin.php(453): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #3 /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/includes/class-wcpdf-admin.php(95): do_action('wcpdf_invoice_n...', Object(WC_Order)) #4 /wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(300): WPO\WC\PDF_Invoices\Admin->invoice_number_column_data('pdf_invoice_num...') #5 /wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(323): WP_Hook->apply_filters('', Array) #6 mysite.com /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-ips-pro/includes/wcpdf-pro-writepanels.php on line 89

We tried generating the invoice (which was not even generated by the manager), but that had no effect.
We disabled your plugin and the problem stopped.

Can you help us?
Thank You very much!

Database Connection Error after new Theme Install

After I installed the Fashy-Lite theme by PremiumCoding, my site started getting constant “error establishing database connection” messages and still is. I switched from Responsive Theme by Cyberchimps because there’s only so much you can do to make it look decent.

– I get around 6,000 visitors a day to my site.
– I’m with Hostgator on a 4G VPS Server with 2 cores capable of handling 20,000 visitors a day.
– I have replaced the theme with the paid version and I’m still getting the error.
– All scans and test have been ran on server and everything is normal.
– Theme developer @ PremiumCoding double-checked their theme and said no one else has had this problem before me.
– Spoke with Sucuri, my firewall company, and they said I’m not under a DNS attack.

My question is, and this may sound dumb but I don’t give a shit, can a new theme use up a lot more of your resources on your server and could it be that I’m “maxing out” my current limits on my server because of the the new theme and the resources it requires to run it? How do I compare the two themes and how much resources each of them use up on your server?

database error duplicate entry internal_link_count incoming_link_count

Version 5.7.1

I’m getting constant database errors:

INSERT INTO wp_yoast_seo_meta (object_id, internal_link_count)
VALUES (267, ‘4’)

Gives:
Duplicate entry ‘267’ for key ‘object_id’

Getting this for both internal_link_count and incoming_link_count

I am getting 6 to 12 errors on almost every page load.

Database Error on latest update

ON all admin pages now get error:

WordPress database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘meta_key=’_sked’ ORDER BY post_title LIMIT 0, 50′ at line 1]

If I deactivate RSPVmaker it goes away, so I can see this is the cause:

If I turn of debug it doesn’t give me much more information

Hi,

I installed this plugin and set up a pricing rule and everything works as it should. But when a order is made I get this error:

WordPress databaseerror: [Table ‘wpdb.wp_vtprd_purchase_log’ doesn’t exist]
SELECT * FROM wp_vtprd_purchase_log WHERE cart_parent_purchase_log_id=’1001′ LIMIT 1

The error appears both in the New Order email as on the edit order screen.

database error pages cached – please check db before caching

$

SUMMARY:
During database connection failure, WP Fastest cache may cache the error pages for any given URL.

BACKGROUND:
Overnight, some unknown circumstances caused our database to go offline momentarily. During the outage, a bot or human must have hit a bunch of URLs on our site and it cause the database connection error pages to be cached!

This created an interesting situation. The public and company saw database connection error pages, but when they reported to me, I saw the site online because I’m logged in and not seeing cached pages.

RESOLUTION:
Clearing the entire site cache was our workaround; public users could then see the site properly.

REQUEST:
I would like to request a new feature for your plugin which is the ability to NOT CACHE when any major error is at play. For starters, not building cache files while the database cannot be reached would be ideal.

If you would like me to submit a patch, just let me know the best way to do so. I’m pretty sure I could code this.

Hi,

I love your plugin, I thinks it’s great. Though I found a tiny little problem, as far as I know it doesn’t interfere with plugin’s functionality, but it bothers me (a little bit).

You see, I’ve also installed Query Monitor on my WP, and it detects one database error, there’s a query into wp_download_monitor_files, but the table does not exist. I can’t figure out what calls it, I’ve uninstalled then re-installed the plugin but the error persists. Any suggestion?

Thanks.
