I started seeing the following error in my error_log:

WordPress database error DROP command denied to user 'xxxx_xxxx'@'localhost' for table 'xxx_wfVulnScanners' for query truncate table xxx_wfVulnScanners made by do_action_ref_array, call_user_func_array, wordfence::hourlyCron, wfDB->truncate, wfDB->queryWrite

Any ideas?
