benzo86 on "[Plugin: HTML5 jQuery Audio Player] wordpress database error"

Hey,

I've installed it and everything works great, the only iss i have is that i get strange database code appearing at the top of the player.

WordPress database error: [Table 'kaboomde_ccdock.hmp_playlists' doesn't exist]
SELECT * FROM hmp_playlists WHERE playlist_name='The Book of Genesis'

i've tried changing the theme and it still appears, also disabling other plug-ins. thanks so much for your help.
